Guide to Control Hair Fall Naturally – Hair Loss Treatment

Natural Remedies for Hair loss – Cause & Cure

Hair loss has become a worldwide problem especially in youngsters.  It is hard to predict hair loss but usually it is influenced by hormones and genetics. Most men suffer from hair loss due to the conversion of testosterone in to DHT (dihydrotestosterone). DHT is probably the culprit that kills hair follicles and can also precipitate prostate enlargement. Smoking, hormonal imbalances and not enough sleep can also affect how your hair feels and looks. No magic nutrient can make up for those concerns.

Still, you have a lot more leverage than you might think. If you eat a balanced, varied, protein-rich diet that focuses on the following foods, you will be giving your hair the TLC it needs and deserves. The healthy meal is the home remedy which can prevent the hair loss and baldness.
